DMCA Policy for Name Zix

Welcome to Name Zix!

This is our funny-but-serious DMCA Policy. Yes, we love jokes, but copyright law is no laughing matter (mostly).

What is DMCA?

DMCA is a fancy U.S. law that says, “Hey, don’t steal people’s stuff!” It protects creators from having their work used without permission.

Our Promise

We respect creators and their memes, names, ideas, and anything else they worked hard to make. If someone shares content that doesn’t belong to them, we will review it faster than you can say “Name Zix.”

Before You Send a Complaint

Take a deep breath. Are you sure it’s really your content? Sometimes the internet just has similar stuff. Check twice, complain once.

How to Send a DMCA Notice

If you still believe your copyrighted work is being used without permission, send us:

  • Your name (real name, not a superhero alias).
  • A link to your original work.
  • A link to the alleged infringing content.
  • A short, clear statement saying you own the rights and want it removed.
  • Your signature (yes, typing your name counts).

Send it to: contact@namezix.com

What We’ll Do

We’ll check your claim, and if it’s legit, we’ll remove the content. If it’s not, we’ll probably laugh a little and then ignore it.

Updates to This Policy

We might update this page. If we do, you’ll see it here. Keep visiting if you’re really into DMCA drama.
